Classic Masterpieces

Meissner® Classic Masterpieces can be described best as exceptional winches for exceptional yachts.They are made of a unique bronze composition which, after being hand polished, glows with a beautiful deep reddish finish, almost like antique gold.

Fairly winches

Designed in collaboration with Fairlie Restorations in England, the Fairlie winch was first fitted on the Mariquita which had just been restored there. Many famous classics have followed such as Orion, Lulworth and Sumurun. In the footsteps of the Classic Masterpieces, the Fairlie line has now been expanded to a complete range of winches for yachts of all sizes.

Metre Class winches

Meissner® Metre Class winches were originally designed for yachts in the extremely competitive 8 Metre Class Circuit, but prove to be equally popular on other classic racing yachts. These low profile winches have large drums for higher sheeting speeds. Ideal for those who want a fast and powerful winch without incurring the rating penalty for self-tailing winches given at many classic regattas!
